If you are still concerned, we want to assure you that we will NEVER print an image that is not suitable without contacting you.

Please DO NOT send your images to us via email or a third party platform (like WeTransfer or Dropbox).

We MUST receive your images via an online order on our website.

If you have any concerns with the image(s) you would like printed, please select the product you would like, upload your image and add it to the cart.

Leave us a note in the Order Notes section on the Cart page before you proceed to the checkout.

Please then select the Bank Deposit payment option at the checkout but do not make a deposit until after we have contacted you.

We guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with your finished product!

Sometimes if your file is big or your internet connection is slow, it may take a while to FULLY upload your image. The image uploader may say that 100% has been uploaded but until you get the "green light" the Add to Cart button will not be active. You can see screenshots of the "green light" at the bottom of any of the product pages.

If you are still having trouble adding your product to the cart, please refresh your browser cache and try again.

Don't panic! This is what is expected. Some browsers do not like editing TIFF files, so our software converts your TIFF file into a JPG so you can perform any crop edits on it.

The team will receive the JPG with the crop edits as a guide but they will also receive your original large file that will be printed.

If you want your image printed in a standard size, you can check out our inches to millimetres conversions chart on our website.

If you are after a custom size that isn't on our chart, jump onto the web and google "inches to millimetre convertor" to figure a tool to help you figure out what your size is in millimetres.

Although you will see a thumbnail of your uploaded image in the mini cart and on the cart page, it will disappear once you get to the checkout page. That is ok!

Shopify doesn't like us to customise the checkout page to show your uploaded file, so a thumbnail of the Print 2 Metal product image will appear in its place.

On the checkout page you will be able to see some links next to our product image. If you are concerned, you can copy those links and paste in a brand new browser tab and you will see that your image is still safely in the cart.

Rest assured that the Print 2 Metal team would never print a version of their own product image. If your uploaded file did not make it through on your order, the team will get in contact with you straight away.

Good question! That depends! With our new website it is really easy to find out what your custom metal print is going to cost.

1. Decide whether you want to print an indoor or an outdoor metal print.

2. When you visit one of these pages you may feel overwhelmed with the choices, but it is actually quite simple when you break it down. The products on these pages relate to the hanging option.

For indoor products you can select from:

• Print Only (no hanger)
• Floating Hanger
• European Frame
• Art Box Frame
• Tasmanian Oak FRame

For outdoor products you can select from:

• Print Only (no hanger)
• Floating Hanger
• European Frame
• Art Box Frame

On the category or collection pages you will see that there is a horizontal and a vertical version for each hanging option.

Select the product that relates to the hanging option and orientation (vertical or horizontal) you want to order.

Once you have found the right product:

• Upload your image
• Enter your custom dimensions - in MILLIMETRES please!
• Crop your image if it is not in the dimensions you have entered.
• Select the corner option (no extra charge)
• Select the finish option (no extra charge)

Once you have entered your custom dimensions (at least) you will notice that the product price will be updated to reflect your custom size.

Any shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout.

This really depends on your cart total and your proximity to our home base in Oakleigh South, Melbourne, Victoria.

You are always welcome to come and pick up your masterpiece at our studio which is open Mon-Fri (9am-5pm) by appointment.

Yes, but we do not recommend your metal print be displayed outdoors in direct sunlight. Exposure to UV light will cause most things to fade over time, including your artwork.

The thick coating on the aluminium makes your metal print scratch stain and chemical resistant, as well as waterproof. Together with the quality dyes we use, the image is deeply suspended into the coating, making it last for generations.

As a result of independent testing, the suppliers of our Chromaluxe aluminium sheets claim that metal prints are the longest lasting photo medium in the current market. Like any photograph your metal print is best kept out of direct sunlight.

If you don’t have your own photo to print on metal, we have millions of inspiring images available through our Bigstock image library to suit your special space.

If there is work of a particular photographer, artist or designer you’d like us to print on metal, we are happy to work with them. We suggest you discuss your needs with them and then contact us to complete an order.

We have accounts with the popular social media platforms. We welcome you to review, like and share with us photos of your metal prints.

For clients looking for additional exposure, we can also photograph your work in progress and use those images on our social media. Of course, a link back to your site is offered in return.

Contact us and we’ll apply the discount amount to your next order. Unfortunately we cannot refund any discounts if you’ve already paid for your order.

We run promotions regularly and there will always be those who ordered just prior to a particular promotion.

We have a number of promotions set up in advance and generally make a decision quickly as to which one we’ll run with next and for how long.

We never aim for anyone to miss a promotion but unfortunately we can’t backdate the promotion.

Unfortunately we cannot extend promotions beyond the final day.
