    Print 2 Metal are committed to delivering the very best metal prints available.

    Please contact us with 7 days of receiving your order if you are not completely satisfied. 

    We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

    We will do everything we can to make sure you are 100% happy with your prints. If for some reason the work is not what you expected, we will discuss your concerns and gladly reprint the work. 

    If for whatever reason you are still not happy, we will refund you 100% of the product cost with no questions asked. If a reprint is rejected, Print 2 Metal reserves the right to request the rejected prints be returned at your own cost, before issuing a refund.

    Our priority is to ensure our customers love their metal prints.

    Damages

    If your work is damaged in transit we will fully cover the cost of replacement. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue.

    Please inspect your order upon arrival by courier or post and be sure when signing for delivery, that you are confident of no damage. Please do not sign for any item that is delivered with obvious damage. 

    We will ask for photos of the damage to the packaging and the print, so we can follow up ourselves with the couriers. Please keep the all packaging and damaged print until we advise further. For us to successfully claim we may require the damaged goods to be packed and arrange collection by the courier.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items 

    No refunds will be provided for incorrect files supplied, print size and other choices made or change of mind on product selection and/or finishing options.

    If you wish to change an order after it is placed and paid for, please contact us as soon as possible.

    If however, production has been started and therefore too late to change the order, no refunds will be given and the order will proceed. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot refund sale items or gift vouchers.
