Your metal print will be carefully boxed in special art-safe cardboard packaging with corner protection, which is custom made to fit the various sizes. All work is carefully wrapped to ensure its safe arrival, reaching you in perfect condition, ready to hang.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is booked with the courier.
When Shipping is applicable there is a significant saving to be made when ordering more than one metal print:
- For prints up to 12″x18”, 4 prints with Floating Hangers can be SENT for the same price.
- For prints up to 30″x45”, 2 prints with Floating Hangers or 2 with European or Art Box Frame can be SENT for the same price.
Once ordered and payment has been made you can expect delivery of your metal prints approximately 5-10 business days after, depending on your proximity to the major cities.
If you require urgent delivery at an extra charge we can express courier to most locations.
For delivery within Australia we mainly use either TNT or Fastway couriers, depending on the size of your metal print, your location and how quickly you need your print. Australia Post is occasionally used also with smaller sized orders.
International orders will be sent via Australia Post or TNT depending on size and destination.
Deliveries are sent each weekday during business hours.
With Fastway, in the event that you are not available to take delivery of your order a calling card will be left by the courier so that you can arrange a more suitable time for delivery. When ordering you can also give authority to leave, if no one is home to take delivery.
With TNT we will always give “Authority to Leave” as they charge an additional $25 redelivery fee which we’d prefer not to pass on.
Please ensure that your packaging and the metal print inside is in good order before signing to accept delivery. If there is any damage to the box, your print could also be damaged so please open and check your print before signing for it.
Yes we know this is likely to frustrate the driver, but this is necessary if a claim is to be made. Do not sign for the goods if there is any damage to your print. Please return the goods to the driver and call us.
Smaller prints can be sent to PO boxes via Australia Post. You will need to request this specially.
We can deliver to any work address or where someone is likely to be home most of the time.
